Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@qlaritycovers.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll create a return order and arrange for the pickup of your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.We will reimburse you no later than 3 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

Please note that refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund will be processed promptly. If the product does not meet our return eligibility criteria, the refund may be declined.
